What is QR Code Generator for Google Reviews?

A Google Reviews QR code is a QR code that opens directly to your business's Google review submission page, skipping the step where a customer has to search for your business by name first. Fewer steps between "wants to leave a review" and "review box is open" measurably increases how many customers actually follow through.

This tool creates a static QR code from that link. The QR code stores the URL only — Google still hosts and manages the actual review page and all your review data. If your Google Business Profile URL ever changes, generate a new QR code with the updated link.

How to Use QR Code Generator for Google Reviews

1

Get your Google review link: open your Google Business Profile, click "Ask for reviews," and copy the short link Google provides (or search your business on Google Maps, click "Share," then "Ask for reviews," and copy the link)

2

Paste that link into the field below

3

Customize the QR colors, quiet zone, and error correction if needed

4

Preview the result, then download SVG for print or PNG for digital use

5

Scan-test the QR code yourself before printing it on receipts, table tents, or packaging

Common Use Cases

  • Print a review QR code on receipts so customers can rate their visit right after checkout
  • Add a table tent or counter card with a review QR code at a restaurant or cafe
  • Include a review QR code on a follow-up email or thank-you card after a service visit
  • Add a review QR code sticker to product packaging for post-purchase feedback
  • Display a review QR code at a salon, clinic, or shop reception desk
  • Add a review QR code to a business card for service providers who visit clients directly

How This Tool Works

The tool validates the entered review URL, encodes it into a QR matrix using the qr-code-styling library, renders it with your selected design settings, and exports the requested PNG or SVG file — entirely in your browser, with no server involved.

Privacy First

Your review link is processed entirely in your browser to generate the QR image. It is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Keep the ask simple

A QR code alone often gets ignored. Pair it with a short prompt — "Enjoyed your visit? Scan to leave a quick review" — and place it somewhere naturally seen at the end of a visit, like a receipt, a table tent, or near the exit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Where do I find my Google review link?
Open your Google Business Profile (business.google.com), click "Ask for reviews," and copy the short link Google provides. Alternatively, search your business on Google Maps, tap "Share," then "Ask for reviews," and copy that link. You need to manage or be a verified owner of the Business Profile to access this link.
Does this tool create or verify my Google Business Profile?
No. This tool only creates a QR code for a review link you already have. Setting up and verifying a Google Business Profile happens directly through Google, separately from this tool.
Can I track how many people scanned the QR code?
No — this generates a static QR code with no built-in scan tracking. To measure scans, use a trackable short link or redirect service as the encoded URL instead of the raw Google review link, then paste that tracked link into this generator.
Is it against Google's policy to ask customers to scan a review QR code?
Asking customers to leave a review is allowed and common. What Google does not allow is offering incentives (discounts, free items) in exchange for reviews, or filtering who gets asked based on whether they'll leave a positive review. Keep the ask neutral and available to all customers.
Can I add my business logo to the review QR code?
Yes. Use the QR Code Generator with Logo, select the same URL type, paste your review link, and upload your logo — keep error correction at H so the code stays scannable with the logo in place.
What size should I print the review QR code?
For a receipt or small card: about 2×2 cm minimum. For a table tent or counter sign: 4×4 cm or larger. Always download SVG for print — it scales without losing quality — and scan-test the final printed size before a full print run.
