Buy me a coffeeWhat is WTP WorkBoard?
WTP WorkBoard keeps your tasks in three simple places: Today for what you plan to do, Inbox for anything you have just captured, and Upcoming for the next two weeks. Group work into projects, switch between a list and a board, and add notes, a checklist, links and tags to any task. Planning a task for a day never changes its deadline, so you can see both at a glance.
How to Use WTP WorkBoard
Open WorkBoard and type a task, then press Enter. Paste a list to add several at once.
Choose a day to work on it (Plan for) and, if it has one, a deadline (Due by).
Open Today each morning to see your plan, what is due, and what is overdue.
Group related tasks into a project and move them across the board.
Download a backup now and then, because your tasks live in this browser.

Privacy
Everything runs in your browser. Your tasks, notes and links are saved in your browser storage and are not sent to a server. The site records only anonymous usage counts, never the text of your tasks.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is WTP WorkBoard free?
Yes. It is free to use and needs no account or sign-up.
Where are my tasks stored?
In your browser, on your device. Tasks, notes and links are not uploaded. Because of that, clearing your browser data erases them, so download a backup from Backup and data every now and then.
Will my tasks appear on my phone and laptop?
Not yet. Each browser keeps its own tasks. You can move them between devices by downloading a backup on one and restoring it on the other. Syncing across devices may come later.
What is the difference between Plan for and Due by?
Plan for is the day you intend to work on a task. Due by is its deadline. Choosing Today changes only Plan for, so your deadline is never moved by accident.
Does it send reminders?
Yes, but only while WorkBoard is open in a browser tab: you get a banner in the page and, if you allow it, a browser notification. Nothing is sent when the page is closed, and it never sends emails.
