What is Google Form QR Code Generator?

A Google Form QR code is a QR code that opens a Google Forms link or another online form URL. It is useful when you want people to submit feedback, RSVP, register, order, check in, or complete a survey from their phone without typing a long URL.

This tool creates a static QR code for the form link. The QR code stores the URL only. The form itself stays hosted by Google Forms or your chosen form platform, and responses are still collected by that platform. If you update the questions without changing the form URL, the QR code keeps working. If you create a new form URL, generate a new QR code.

How to Use Google Form QR Code Generator

1

Open your Google Form and use the Send button to copy the public form link

2

Confirm the form can be opened by your intended audience

3

Paste the form URL into the QR generator

4

Customize QR colors, quiet zone, error correction, and export size

5

Download SVG for print or PNG for sharing, then scan-test before publishing

Common Use Cases

  • Customer feedback QR codes on receipts, counters, and table cards

How This Tool Works

The tool validates the form URL, encodes it into a QR matrix, renders the QR code locally with your selected design settings, and exports the selected image file from the browser.

Check form permissions

Before printing, scan the QR code from a phone that is not signed into your admin account. This catches sign-in restrictions and closed forms early.

Only the form URL is encoded

The QR code contains the form link only. WebToolsPlanet does not access your form editor, collect responses, or connect to Google Forms APIs.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I get a Google Form link for the QR code?
Open the form, click Send, choose the link option, copy the form URL, and paste it into this tool. Make sure the form sharing settings allow your audience to open it.
Does this tool collect my form responses?
No. Responses are collected by Google Forms or your form provider. WebToolsPlanet only creates a QR image for the form URL.
Can I use this for non-Google forms?
Yes. You can paste any public survey, registration, RSVP, intake, or feedback form URL.
Can I change the questions after printing the QR code?
Yes, as long as the form URL stays the same. If you create a new form with a new URL, generate and print a new QR code.
Why does my form QR ask users to sign in?
That behavior comes from your form settings. Check whether the form is restricted to your organization, requires sign-in, or limits responses.
